Single harvest Chuncho Blanco cacao from Pumatiy in Cusco. We originally purchased this cacao in late 2023 and decided to let the chocolate mature for as long as possible before finally molding it.

Chuncho blanco is one of the rarest cacao beans on the planet, and we are delighted to work with it.

Extremely complex flavour profile, absent of fruit flavours. Toasted nuts, caramel, coffee, herbs are all present with a slightly savoury finish.
