One of Johnty's closest friends is a Japanese native, and when he came to visit in January he brought a special blend of Hojicha for us to test. It was a type of stem tea, with very low bitterness and strong roasted notes. We infused the tea into a Marañon dark-milk and let the magic happen. The result is a luscious, complex chocolate, recommended for fans of roasted tea or dark-milk enthusiasts.
