Another sample from our friends at Pumatiy, this time a single harvest genetic known as Chuncho Seniorita. This was purchased directly from the farm when we visited in 2024, and we've been experimenting with the bean since then. It has taken us a while to arrive at something we are truly happy with, but this is certainly it. Rich, viscous mouthfeel. Strong natural notes of coffee and brownie.
