THE CHOCOLATE:
Country-style sourdough and nut brown butter are combined with Marañón milk chocolate to create an exquisite sweet and savoury taste. Constructed with a smooth melt, unexpected flavours, and a complex finish. Bread chocolate, where have you been?
THE STORY:
We use locally baked sourdough from our friend Neville who also supplies us the Yuzu for our other chocolate-making ventures. It is baked with a blend of organic stoneground flours from New Zealand and contains 100% certified organic ingredients. After gently drying and lightly toasting the bread, we blend it with our own browned butter, and finish the bar with sea salt. The flavours enhance each other and create a symphony of unique tastes thanks to the Marañon cacao base.
