Hailing from the same arid region as the Piura White, Salitral shares some of the same environmental benefits as its famous cousin, with its distinct flavour profile and a higher percentage of white beans. A softer, tangerine-scented flavour characterises this chocolate, along with the smooth mouthfeel one expects of cacao from the Piura department.
