A unique spin on the classic canelè, we have formulated a recipe exclusively for this bar. Adapting from the classic, we have made a canelè that utilises honey as the primary sweetner, introducing a floral component to the pastry. Honey and beeswax from this recipe come from our family farm known as Homewood. We wanted to make the canelè unique to where it was made, and chose to adapt the chocolate origin to Piura with its natural notes of raisin and honey. Tastes of floral honey custard.
