The final chocolate in our collection is absurdly smooth and complex due to its origin. The darkest feature in the Purist collection owes its lack of bitterness to the unique growing climate of the beans. Within high altitudes in the South Peruvian jungle dwell passionate cacao farmers working tirelessly in isolation to produce acutely high-quality beans.
