Starting with fresh Fernglen Farm sheep milk, we have gently cooked it down into powder to create beautifully soft milk chocolate with subtle notes of caramel. The sheep milk is from our neighbours, who have been perfecting sheep milking for most of the last decade. Their milk is highly awarded and is the only dairy milk product in New Zealand meeting the criteria for the SPCA animal welfare tick. This bar is made from just Cacao and Dulce de leche.
