The French Canelè, a cult classic pastry that is essentially baked custard with a golden caramel crust, flavoured with vanilla and rum. We have baked ours in-house, cured with beeswax from our farm, and added them to a dark-milk chocolate to create a unique fusion between craft chocolate and classic French pastry. Strong flavours of vanilla custard, Marañon cacao.
