Matcha and strawberry, now considered a classic flavour combination, is one of our absolute favourites here at Lucid. We made a strong batch of strawberry and matcha white chocolate, and have piped them in two layers to create a duo-layered chocolate bar. Both chocolates are strongly flavoured, allowing you to choose how the chocolate melts and which flavours to come through first.
