Tucked away in the department of Junín lies a hospitable group of farmers with a matured approach to cacao production. Reminiscent of other South Peruvian cacao yet easily distinguishable, here lies a pathway leading towards the dark side of craft chocolate. It sacrifices sweetness for Intensity, leaving no stone unturned.
