It is the epitome of a flavour berry with potency in droves and being unrivalled in sharpness & sweetness. Not commercially grown in New Zealand, we have hand harvested these with care from our family tree before freeze drying, then adding them to milk chocolate at a high percentage. The result is sharp milk chocolate, unapologetically bursting with Mulberry.
