In Koribeni Echarati, northern Cusco, Pumatiy family have been farming chuncho cacao beans for generations. We visited their plantation in 2023 and this bar is the result of the connection that was formed. Made up of a blend of different Chunchos from their farm, this bar is deep and complex, yet low in bitterness and astringency. Mircro fermentations ensure that this bar will always be tasting different, making it perfect for the dark chocolate enjoyer.
