Fine flavour cacao from Colombia, the B6 variety is a special genetic originally found in virgin forest in Colombia, containing a whopping 95% white bean count. The lack of tannins in the beans contributes to flavours ranging from floral herbs, through to lightly toasted nuts and gentle caramel. The bar also has a light brown appearance, making it look more like milk chocolate! Slight astringency on the finish, a truly unique cacao.
